PETRO Industrial is a company that specialises in designing, engineering, and manufacturing custom lubrication dispensing solutions.
We recently completed a project for a mining company in Papua New Guinea, where we were tasked with creating lubrication stations for oil and grease at the main operations hub.
One of the solutions provided by PETRO Industrial was a Containerised Dispensing Module. This module, measuring 12m x 2.5m x 2.9m, featured removable soft sides and roof. All the pumping equipment was installed and electrically wired into control boards, and the module was supplied fully assembled and factory tested. The module also included a center block and pulley rail assembly, with all the connecting pipe work done by PETRO Industrial.
PETRO Industrial also designed and manufactured custom lubrication stands with hose reels. These stands included multiple hose reels for various lubricants such as engine oil, transmission oils, hydraulic oils, air, water, coolant, grease (high volume low pressure and high pressure low volume), and waste oil. The hose reels were installed and came with a drip tray for containment.
In addition, PETRO Industrial provided a Grease Dispensing Module with a Pump Skid. This module included a GRACO NXT 14:1 High Volume Low Pressure Air Operated Pump, a GRACO 425 FIREBALL 75:1 Air Operated Grease Pump, and connecting hoses and isolation valves.
PETRO Industrial's Major Projects team conducted a full factory test on all the equipment before commissioning it on-site. PETRO worked closely with the customer, from concept design to final commissioning, ensuring that the customer's expectations were exceeded.
