Description

iPETRO Solus is a standalone Automatic Tank Gauging (ATG) solution engineered for accurate, reliable, and user-friendly monitoring of fluid storage tanks —completely offline.

Designed to eliminate the need for internet connectivity, subscriptions, or recurring fees, it’s the ideal tool for businesses seeking cost-effective, scalable tank monitoring.

Comes with one iPETRO 4-20mA Level Probe, and three more can be added.

KEY FEATURES:

  • Offline Operation: Monitors your tanks without reliance on internet, cloud systems, or third-party subscriptions—providing full autonomy and zero ongoing costs.
  • Simple On-Device Configuration: Equipped with an intuitive keypad interface, the Solus enables fast, standalone setup and calibration—no PC, software, or special tools required.
  • Multi-Tank Monitoring: Comes standard with a single tank probe, with the flexibility to expand monitoring to up to four tanks. This scalability sets Solus apart from alternative systems.
  • Flexible Calibration Options: Supports both standard tank dimension input and custom strapping chart configurations (dip heights vs. volumes), catering to both technical and non-technical users.

SYSTEM INTEGRATION & COMPATIBILITY:

  • Modbus Ready: Integrates seamlessly via Modbus RS485 or Modbus TCP for maximum versatility.
  • Industrial Integration: Modbus TCP enables fast, stable communication with PLCs and other industrial systems, simplifying network setup and data exchange over Ethernet.
  • Communication Compatibility: Supports OLE and OCIO communication standards for flexible deployment in varied environments.

ALERTS and ALARMS:

  • Onboard Alarm Handling: View, acknowledge, and silence alarms directly from the device’s keypad—no external system required.
