How can I see your prices online within this site?
We provide pricing for our smaller consumable / petroleum equipment range of parts on the web site. For commercial and indeed price management reasons we are not prepared to display pricing for our range of tanks, nor other capital type products on the web site. For any pricing enquiries please contact us at sales@petroindustrial.com.au, we will respond quickly to your enquiry.
Is it easy to buy online from PETRO Industrial?
Yes. Add the items you need to your cart and check out. Your order is packaged and dispatched promptly.
Can I order by post?
Yes. Complete the cart process and choose cheque as your payment method. Your order is held until the cheque clears, so please quote the order number on the reverse. Post to PETRO Industrial, 14 Business Drive, Narangba QLD 4504.
Can I order by phone or fax?

Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Do you offer any discounts?

Do your prices include GST?
Yes, all prices shown on the website include GST.

No, there is no minimum order value.
Can I have a trade credit account?
Yes. Contact PETRO Industrial to arrange a trade credit account.
How are the products delivered and what is the cost?
Goods are sent by courier. Orders received by 2.30pm are usually dispatched the same day, excluding pallet orders. Capital cities and major regional centres take 2 to 3 business days. Other regions take 4 to 5 business days from dispatch.
Unsigned delivery requests must be made at the time of ordering and the customer accepts liability. Redirections after dispatch may incur a charge.
What do I do if I ordered the wrong product?
Returns are accepted at PETRO Industrial’s discretion and with prior notice. Items must be unused, in good condition and in original packaging suitable for resale.

Our sales, operations and manufacturing are based in Narangba, Queensland. Our service technicians cover Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria.
What services does PETRO Industrial offer?
PETRO Industrial tailors dispensing equipment to each project. Our electricians and manufacturing staff customise bulk fuel tanks, supported by an in-house engineering team. Our box sales division supplies third-party dispensing equipment such as pumps, meters, nozzles, hose reels and filters, and will source products in the quantities you need. Our service department installs and commissions equipment on site, is hazardous area certified and works to Australian Standards.
