iPETRO VEHICLE AUTHENTICATION ACCESSORIES

There are two Authentication accessories available, which work in conjunction with the iPETRO Pro Fuel Management terminal. Backed by the powerful, cloud-based portal to simplify your fuel reconciliation and make your rebate claims easier than ever with iPETRO.

1. AutoFuel
WIRELESS CONTROLLER FOR FUEL MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS (FMS)
- Relays information read by the Vehicle RFID Tag to Fuel Management system.
- Triggers fuel dispersion based on Fuel Management configuration.
The iPETRO AutoFuel Wireless Controller is a device that receives data from the iPETRO AutoFuel Vehicle Tag and forwards this information to the iPETRO Pro Fuel Management System (FMS).
The iPETRO Pro will authorise the fuel transaction based on the authentication between the vehicle and the wireless controller
The AutoFuel Wireless Controller covers a distance of up to 328 ft (100 m) to the iPETRO Vehicle Tag.
The iPETRO AutoFuel Wireless Controller can be embedded into other system components at the fueling site or be mounted externally by utilising the optional waterproof housing.
2. SecureFuel
UNIVERSAL LOW-FREQUENCY RFID READERS TO FIT ON FUELING NOZZLES
- Nozzle Unit authenticates the vehicle tag, fitted near the fuel cap, and identifies the vehicle to the Fuel Management System.
- Automatic activation upon tag recognition.
- Supports a range of standard filling nozzles.
The iPETRO SecureFuel Nozzle reader is a ruggedized, intrinsically safe RFID reader used for the iPETRO Pro (FMS).
The unit turns a filling nozzle into an RFID reader that is automatically activates when it detects a tag. The Nozzle Unit is designed to work in combination with the iPETRO SecureFuel Vehicle Tags.
As soon as the Nozzle Unit detects a corresponding vehicle tag, the tag’s unique ID and required fuel information are sent to the iPETRO Pro Terminal, which determines if the tag is authorised for fuel dispensing.
Once the nozzle is removed from the vehicle, and the vehicle tag can no longer be read, the Nozzle Unit notifies the FMS to stop the fuel dispersion.
