PETRO designs, manufactures, and markets an extensive range of Multiple Compartment Double Wall (Self Bunded Tanks) to suit your site requirements.

Saving on precious footprint, why not combine your multiple grades of bulk lubricant and fuel storage into the one footprint? Available in any foot print configuration including our 10ft, 20ft, 40ft, 45ft and 48ft standard container, and indeed any other derivative of these.

FEATURES:

  • Each PETRO Multiple Compartment Bulk Tank is custom manufactured to suit your nominated application. The bunded pump bay can be designed into the side of the end of the tank - the tank can therefore effectively be orientated Portrait or Landscape.
  • AS1657 Designed and Approved Ladder and Platform Assembly for access to each tank compartment for dipping and ongoing tank maintenance.
  • Paint Specification - Paint Colour RAL9003 Signal White/ Tanks are sandblasted to SA2 Standard. Hempel Marine Paint 3 Stage process. Primer Hempadur 1530. 2nd Coat Hempadur Hi-Build 4520. Final Coat Hempathane Enamel 55100 Finished dry film thickness no less than 180 um.
  • Full undertank visibility for future tank maintenance and easy of inspection.
  • Containerised tanks are CSC plated for shipping as standard 10ft / 20ft / 40ft / 45ft or 48ft containers.

EACH COMPARTMENT FEATURES:

  • A 600mm dia manway with integrated ladder for access to the internal of each bulk compartment.
  • Dedicated fill line with Male Camlock Fitting / Dust Cap / 2 Piece Fire Safe flanged Isolation Valve / Non Return Valve / Mechanical Overfill Valve / 12V Overfill Audible and Visual Alarm.
  • Dedicated suction line with Anti-Syphon Valve LT-1 and 2 Piece Fire Safe flanged Isolation Valve.
  • Bunded lockable pump bay housing.
  • Dedicated interstitial dip point.
