Description

Straight through full bore Mechanical Overfill Protection Valve with 90° float operation. Developed and manufactured specifically for PETRO Industrial for use with our range of PETRO Cubes and PETRO T Series Small Tanks.

Nozzle Fill Only - The valve is designed to be used with an oil company delivery truck nozzle. The valve is not designed to be retrofitted with a camlock fitting for high flow filling.

90° Float operation, once the liquid level reaches the safe fill level of the tank, the valve will close and prevent filling the tank any further.

Threaded DN50 (2”) Male BSP c/w Lock Nut to fit to the tank socket from within the tank. Spigot End to mechanically attach a drop tube into the tank.

NOTE: Metal on metal seating - any prolonged liquid pressure on the fill side of the valve will result in leakage through the seat over time, with then a risk of overfill of the tank.
